Product Limited Warranty

The following warranty applies to equipment purchased from an authorized distributor.

Limited Warranty

Seller (the “WARRANTOR”) will, at its election, repair or replace any part of the engine or equipment found defective in material and/or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, free of charge for the periods specified below. Freight charges on parts submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty must be paid by the purchaser.

Coverage Periods

Equipment: 1 year
Gasoline Engines: 2 years
Pressure Washer Pump: 1 year

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase from an authorized distributor and is transferable within the applicable warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

WARRANTOR’s liability and the owner’s sole remedy—whether under contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise—shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the owner. In no event shall WARRANTOR be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages (including personal injury, property damage, loss of equipment, lost profits/revenue, rental costs, or other additional expenses), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. If any provision of this Limited Warranty is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

How to Obtain Service

Contact the Warranty & Service Department to obtain warranty service.
Warranty service is available only through authorized service dealers.
Be prepared to provide original proof of purchase to determine warranty eligibility.

Warranty registration is not required. If proof of purchase is not provided at the time of service, the manufacturing date will be used to determine the warranty period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover parts affected or damaged by: accident, normal wear, general maintenance, fuel contamination or deterioration, unauthorized alteration, misuse, neglect, or causes other than defects in materials and workmanship.

THERE IS NO OTHER WARRANTY MADE OR IMPLIED. THE WARRANTOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OWNER’S SOLE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY IS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT OR COMPONENT, AT THE WARRANTOR’S DISCRETION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
